Every organisation wants to “Stay ahead of the curve”! Generally when you walk in to a creative workplace – you can feel or sense it. People are energetic and engaged always in such environment.

Encourage Creative Environment: We have to create creative environment in organization if we want our team to be more successful. Your workers might be coming up with creative ideas but if they don’t feel comfortable bringing those ideas to the surface, you will never hear about them so make sure you listen and encourage new ideas.

Also sometimes, serious environment or mind-set can hinder creativity so having fun during work allows one to be relaxed and get inspired with wonderful ideas.

“You can’t just give someone a creativity injection. You have to create an environment for curiosity and a way to encourage people and get the best out of them.” – Ken Robinson

Set an example: I cannot expect my team to do anything that I wouldn’t do!So you h1a98cd5ave to set an example before you ask your team to do! Good leaders must lead by example. By walking your talk, you become a person others want to follow. When leaders say one thing, but do something else, they erode trust–a critical element of productive leadership.

Develop Creative Thinking: “Don’t tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results.” – George S. Patton. Acknowledge their efforts to solve the problem, challenge or difficulty they are working on. As a leader you have to be open minded about creativity.

Always remember that you are blessed with creativity. It can be in any industry, so go out there and don’t be afraid to show it to the world. Don’t waste your talent. Live up to your potential.
