Currently, the world is undergoing huge levels of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19). So in these uncertain times, we wanted to update you about what we are doing here at JZero to support you and your business. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure we continue to not only meet, but exceed, your expectations.

Like many businesses in the world, we have adopted a philosophy of “hope for the best, but plan for the worst”. As many countries are implementing quarantine measures, we are seeing that digital communication channels will become even more important. As such, we have been incredibly proactive in getting ready for whatever the future may hold. We have always had very robust business continuity plans and over the past few weeks those plans have been reviewed and tested.

Our commitment to you is that we are always there for you, and we are leaving nothing to chance. Our management team is consulting daily to assess the latest developments and we will be putting various steps in place to ensure the safety of staff and clients. This will include:

  • Replacing all possible face-to-face meetings with video conferencing or telephone communication
  • Providing refresher training on video conferencing and remote communication strategies to all employees
  • Communicating best practice health and hygiene advice to our staff
  • Implementing additional cleaning procedures, going above and beyond the Government’s recommendations

The JZero team are able to function at 100% capacity even if working remotely. All members of our team are able to securely access all files, our internal operational infrastructure, and collaborate with each other and with you. While in-person meetings may be restricted, everything else will remain business as usual in regards to our ability to deliver the high level of service you have come to expect. This includes our ability to support our applications and the support services we offer to you, the customer.

I know that at this time, you are also making important decisions for your business and I encourage you to keep our team informed, so that we may continue to support you in the best possible manner.
